Description:

Get certified as an Aerial Yoga Teacher and take your yoga teaching to new heights. Our Urban Vybe 20hr Sky Aerial Yoga Teacher Certification will give you all the knowledge and tools to start teaching Aerial Yoga. Training consists of 15 Contact training hours + 5 Non-Contact training hours, teaching & assisting in classes.

Students will learn:

  1. Introduction to Aerial Yoga
  2. Yoga Hammock Rigging
  3. Aerial Yoga Safety
  4. Aerial Yoga Basics & Teaching Methodology
  5. Aerial Yoga Asana and Class Sequencing
  6. Aerial Yoga Tricks

Students can add in an additional 8hrs of Aerial Yin Yoga Training consisting of:

  1. Introduction to Aerial Yin Yoga
  2. Class set up
  3. Aerial Yin Yoga Basics & Teaching Methodology
  4. Aerial Yin Yoga Asana and Class Sequencing
