Bethany Boggs is a thirty something mother of two very hyper little girls. She first started getting into practicing mindful meditation and other meditative practices seven years ago when she was playing the stay at home role with her oldest child. With the birth of her oldest, she became obsessed with studying about wellness and healthy lifestyles, now she writes about those topics. When she is not writing, working or taking care of her kids, she can be found bowing down to a cup of coffee, crafting, sewing, playing with her cat and collapsed in an exhausted puddle.
