5 Ways to Unplug and Recharge

by Yoga Digest | August 10, 2018 6:56 pm

The end of summer is closing in, kids are going back to school, the weather will be changing soon (in some places more than others…) and it’s a great time to reset.   Enjoy these items that will help you get unplugged and dialed in to what really matters as we move toward a new season.   Energetic shifts can be a strong guide for making significant changes.   Take a time out, let your battery recharge.   Enjoy a nap, or schedule a day to sleep in! Write it down, and let it sit.   We are firm believers that less is more and you can’t fill a full cup!
