Bloating – the feeling of retaining water or air – is an uncomfortable sensation, not to mention a roadblock to fitting into your favorite pair of jeans. Sometimes the cause is hormonal, but often the culprits that cause bloat are well within your control to stop. Diets high in processed foods tend to cause water retention, whereas diets high in fiber can contribute to excess air. Even drinking too much alcohol or soft drinks can contribute. Incorporating more juice into your diet can limit all of these factors, alleviating bloat and getting your body back to normal!

2 large cucumbers
Dandelion Greens: Dandelion is a wonderful plant for detoxing your body and it has anti- inflammatory properties.
Lemon: A natural laxative and diuretic, lemon helps remove excess salt from your body. Cucumber: A natural diuretic that contains a lot of water and helps flush out salt and toxins.
