Ingredients

  • 1 avocado (about ¾ cup)
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp Great Lakes Gelatin unflavored collagen (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together the avocado and coconut sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the egg.
  4. Add in cocoa powder, baking soda, and collagen.
  5. Add in chocolate chips.
  6. Create balls, and flatten them out a bit.
  7. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
