Utthita Trikonasana (Triangle Pose)
This is another standing pose that is easy to follow. It stretches the sides of the body and opens the chest. This position helps in toning and strengthening the lower body. One modification of this position is using a yoga block. Instead of reaching the floor, the arm can reach for the block instead of a more comfortable position.

Balasana (Child’s Pose)
This is one of the important poses when doing yoga and anyone can do it. The Child’s pose is a good position for resting and it helps stretch the body from the back to the ankles.

Uttasana (Standing Forward Bend)
The Standing forward bend pose can be transitioned from the Mountain pose. It is good for stretching the calves and hamstrings. At the same time, it is often used for relaxing and relieving stress. A way to make this pose more comfortable is to use a yoga block instead of reaching for the floor.

Vajrasana (Diamond Pose)
This is a seated position that promotes blood circulation in the body. It helps with digestion and improves the functions of the liver.

Savasana (Corpse Pose)
The Corpse pose is a resting position and signals the end of a yoga practice or session. While it looks like simply lying down on the yoga mat, it is important to relax the whole body and mind during this pose.
